Service Transport & Assembly
THE SERVICE
We employ specialized teams with years of experience in furniture assembly. Our logistics department coordinates deliveries, which are agreed upon with the customer by phone, while our customer service department is always available to resolve any issues and ensure complete satisfaction with the purchase.
AVAILABILITY
The service is available in areas covered by our stores, EXCEPT FOR SPECIAL PROMOTIONS. Up to 50 km from the nearest store, standard rates apply. Beyond 50 km, a surcharge is calculated (estimated before purchase).
STANDARD RATES
The standard cost for ground floor delivery is 4% of the cost of the goods, with a minimum charge of €50.
The standard cost for delivery + assembly is 8% of the cost of the goods.
Rates may vary if the delivery location is not easily accessible and/or requires special equipment (porters for pedestrian areas, escalators due to inaccessibility, etc.). Extra costs are provided in the quote before purchase.
SHIPPING TO STREET LEVEL IN ITALY
We use couriers who specialize in transporting furniture, thus minimizing the risk of damage. The service includes a phone call to arrange the delivery date for your purchases.
The service is available throughout Italy. Rates may vary depending on the volume of the purchase and if the delivery locations are not easily accessible (e.g., pedestrian areas, areas with restrictions or that are not easily accessible, major and minor islands).
