24 mm thick solid ash frame with MDF panel (compliant with US EPA TSCA Title VI) veneered in vertical flame ash in various colors. 24 mm thick solid teak frame with solid teak panel in vertical flame in various colors.
24 mm thick frame in solid chestnut with solid chestnut paneling in vertical flame pattern in various colors.
24 mm thick solid ash frame, MDF panel (compliant with US EPA TSCA Title VI) veneered with open-pore lacquered ash in various colors.
Structure of the box and shelves
Made of 18 mm thick particle board panels compliant with F**** and US EPA TSCA Title VI standards (very low formaldehyde emissions) with melamine finish.
The shelves are 18 mm thick and are equipped with built-in shelf supports with an anti-release device; they can also be made of tempered glass (6 mm thick) with ground edges.
EDGES:
ABS or polypropylene (PP) edge banding glued with thermosetting polyurethane adhesives, 1 mm thick on the front parts of the sides of the cabinet and shelves, and 0.5 mm thick on the bottom and top parts of the sides of the cabinet and on the sides and back of the internal shelves. Paper for the non-visible parts of the cabinets (back).
BACK PANELS:
Made of 2.8 mm thick high-density fiberboard compliant with E1 and US EPA TSCA Title VI for formaldehyde emissions, melamine-faced for wall units and painted for bases and columns.
All kitchen elements are equipped with Blum soft-close systems, offering maximum comfort of use and allowing even very heavy drawers and baskets to slide open and close with ease. BLUMOTION is the soft-close system that allows furniture to be closed gently and silently, regardless of the force exerted and the weight of the door or front.
