Structure of the box and shelves
Made of 18 mm thick particle board panels compliant with F**** and US EPA TSCA Title VI standards (very low formaldehyde emissions) with melamine finish.
The shelves are 18 mm thick and are equipped with built-in shelf supports with an anti-release device; they can also be made of tempered glass (6 mm thick) with ground edges.
Edge
ABS or polypropylene (PP) edge banding glued with thermosetting polyurethane adhesives, 1 mm thick on the front parts of the cabinet sides and shelves and 0.5 mm thick on the bottom and top parts of the cabinet sides and on the sides and back of the internal shelves. Paper edge banding for the non-visible parts of the cabinets (back).
All kitchen elements are equipped with Blum soft-close systems, offering maximum comfort of use and allowing even very heavy drawers and baskets to slide open and close with ease. BLUMOTION is the soft-close system that allows furniture to be closed gently and silently, regardless of the force exerted and the weight of the door or front.
Doors and drawer fronts
Frame and panel in solid Indian laurel (Azadirachta indica); walnut-colored solvent-based stain, transparent acrylic primer, and semi-matt acrylic finish (20 gloss) for Laura walnut; light blue or ivory decapé acrylic stain with alcohol-based antiquing, acrylic primer, and matt finish (10 gloss) for Laura Ivory and light blue decapé.
Glass doors
Frame as solid doors with glazing bar and 4 mm thick antique transparent tempered glass, or without glazing bar with bound glass and screen-printed diamond pattern
